
Harrison Power Station Employees who work for Monongahela Power Company, a division of First Energy, and represented by the Utility Workers Union of America, AFL-CIO, ratified a new 3 year agreement with their employer.
The new agreement includes pay raises totaling 15% over the life of the contract as well as other incentives. The membership asked for a received more options for paid time off, as well as increases in safety equipment allowance and shift differentials.
The contract will run from March 1st, 2026 through February 28th, 2029.
